Danny Kelman

Born into a military family in Germany, Danny spent his childhood between the United States and the United Kingdom before settling in Frisco, Texas. After leaving the traditional corporate path, he entered digital marketing and learned web design, development, copywriting, SEO, paid advertising and social media.

In 2013, Danny built and patented CrowdBoarders, a social investing network and one of the earliest FINRA-approved equity crowdfunding platforms in the United States. He later moved into event production and promotion, operating venues and producing concerts, fashion shows, festivals, New Year’s Eve celebrations and major sporting events.

In 2018, he combined that experience to form The Kelman Agency. In 2020, he launched Amazing Brokerage, a full-service brokerage covering apartments, residential and commercial real estate.

After years of building the brokerage and helping agents succeed, Danny created The 100K Agent, an online community that teaches real estate professionals how to scale from $10K to $100K months. He later launched The Apartment Brain, an AI-powered platform that matches clients with apartments and lets them book tours in seconds.

Today, Danny's main projects he is involed in are The Turtle Creek Initiative working with developers purchasing and renovating condos in Turtle Creek & The Trinity Groves Entertainment District commercial tenant representation and booking events to build Trinity Groves as a leading Dallas dining and entertainment destination. He also supports the Amazing Angels Foundation, founded by his wife Gaby to benefit foster children across North Texas.
